Learning how to invest in stock

Before investing in the stock market and start buying and selling stocks, we have to form ourselves and to learn about investment.

Many people spend hours studying what furniture will buy for your home, or comparing different models of phones available in the market. However, for something much more important and risky as investing our money in the stock market, many people are content to seek advice from someone and make a decision.

To learn how to invest in stock, even at a basic level, many hours of study are needed. This does not mean taking books and learned by heart and at school or university, but read, study and learn. To do this, today we have many tools (most of them free) to learn:

Blogs and websites investment

This blog investment in the stock market is a good example. There are hundreds of blogs and websites that speak Brokerage and investment. At the beginning we will find many ideas that might seem contradictory .: in some sites will tell us that we have to stop loss adjusted while in others, like this one, they say it's best not to put stop loss and it is advisable to average down. This is because each author has a different form of investment. This blog focuses more on investment in equities in the long term, so that the examples we see are all in this area.

Blogs represent, usually the personal views of the author. This may be wrong, so we have to be ourselves who take our decisions and not blindly follow what they read online.

Investment Books

There is no doubt that reading is a basic source of knowledge to any field and in the world of investing, too. We are fortunate to have published books on investment geniuses as Peter Lynch and Benjamin Graham and we must take advantage of them. There are hundreds of recommended books, but I think the most basic.
